Southern Valley Trail Riders

The Southern Valley Trail Riders is a non-profit corporation formed in the early 1970's.  The purpose for which this club was organized was to encourage safe snowmobiling, act in the interest of snowmobile owners, preserve and promote winter sports activities, groom and maintain trails, foster the conservation and growth of area natural resources and perform all lawful functions inherent in the successful operation of the club.

The Richland County Trail System is a 200-mile groomed snowmobile trail that links nearly every city in the county and the neighboring Fargo trail system to the North.  The Richland County Trail System was made possible through the efforts of an Adopt-a-Mile Program and the over 200 memberships of the Hankinson Snowmobile Club.
